Watch: Los Angeles County Building Collapses During Massive Blaze

A structure on fire collapsed as Los Angeles County firefighters were operating.

Crews encountered heavy fire when they responded to the plant over the weekend. Officials determined service station equipment was manufactured in the building.

Given the nature of S Bravo Systems' business, there were concerns about the potential for toxic fumes. So, a hazmat team was dispatched, according to KCAL.

The intensity of the fire forced emergency crews to switch to a defensive strategy.

The fire is under investigation.
